First Period? Don't worry that's normal on a woman. Every woman/Girl needs to pass by that. Have any questions you could comment them but I'm going to answer the most asked ones.
1.What if my period come in school?
First don't freak out be relaxed. If you have 11-13 years old or less when its come you may be prepared with pad in a pouch. You should talk with the teacher about it and ask if you could take your pouch and go again or if you already have it just change. You may need:
-1 pad
-A pair of panties
If you don't have a pad ask your female friends or teachers, but never tell the boys! If you feel bad tell the teacher and she'll send you home. Tell your mom or grandmother.
2.It is normal to have pain in the bottom part (vagina)?
Yes.
3.What to do if you're alone?
Tell an adult present or if there's o adult around go change if you don't have pad put a piece of paper and change every 30 min.
4. When will I get my first period?
Most girls get their first period between the ages of 9 and 16. It follows the development of breasts, hips, waist, pubic hair and a growth spurt. As a rule of thumb, most girls weigh at least 100 pounds before beginning menstruation. If you’ve gone through most of those changes, your first period is on its way. Genetics also plays a role. If possible, find out when your mom got her first period to get an estimate of when yours may arrive. http://www.kotex.com/na/ Q&A
