Be ready for Bikinis!

Summer 2013 is almost here and we need to be ready for our bikinis. Today I'm going to give you some tips:

-We need to start with a healthy diet.
  • Fruits
  • Vegetables
  • White Chicken
  • Fish
  • Etc.



Exercises for the abdomen and bottom part

  • Abdominals
  • Push Ups

If you do this things you may have a flat abdomen for the summer 2013
